You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You must be authorised to act on behalf of the business you register.

Use of the service

Tricbase may be used only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for the content of the documents you create, including their tax correctness.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or resell it without our written consent.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle. Prices are listed exclusive of applicable taxes.

You may cancel at any time; access to paid features continues until the end of the billed period.

Your data

Your business data remains yours. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You can export your data at any time. On account closure, data is retained for a limited period before deletion.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.
